Before Mincha Shabbos
High School Girls, Bat and Jr. Bat (Girls) Groups meet in private homes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours before mincha; learning, singing; seudah shelishit follows.
Mincha Shabbos and Weekdays
§ 15 minutes before sunset Sundays thru Thursdays
§ Fridays, nearest 5 minutes to candle lighting time; also early mincha service during daylight savings time at 6PM
§ On shabbos, mincha is at 6PM (summers only) and also 35 minutes before sunset; when scheduled, a Seudah shelishit follows the 2nd mincha. There is always a seudah from Sukkos to Pesach scheduled. From Pesach to Sukkos a seudah is available only if there is a sponsor.
Maariv Weekdays

§ Additional maariv, during the winter only, at 8:30 PM during standard time Monday through Thursdays.
